Carl Bane, Support Engineer

Carl Bane is a Support Engineer, providing the West’s Safety Services technical product demonstrations, solution design, RFP response and overall technical expertise.  Mr. Bane’s 16 year tenure in Public Safety began as a product manager of dispatch equipment.  He managed, installed, trained and supported a statewide and county Computer Aided Dispatch projects.  Carl brings over 20 years experience installing networks and computer systems world-wide to his role in Public Safety.

Mr. Bane appears frequently at state and regional chapters of both APCO and NENA conferences, specializing in NG9-1-1, Call Handling, Equipment, Emergency Response Mapping, Data Sharing in the PSAP, and more.  His expertise is firmly founded on an education in computer programming and network administration.
