Alabama has 88 Emergency Communications Districts consisting of 115 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP). All 115 PSAPs are currently Wireless Phase II compliant. The budget below represents the cost for hardware and software to connect each PSAP in the state to the Alabama Next Generation Emergency Network (ANGEN), a statewide IP-Network.
