Call the E911 RSC to report trouble with trunks or AT&T equipment or to
enact your disaster recovery plan. This office is staffed 24 hours a day, 7
days a week. A supervisor is ALWAYS on duty for escalations to ensure quick
trouble resolution. Please escalate to the duty supervisor prior to calling
Bruce Francis.

assist in end to end trunk testing on new installations during normal
